Yummy! My parents are brought me here when I was young. I would play One-Eyed, One-Horned, Flying Purple People Eater on the jukebox! Good memories at this Logan institution.

Love Charlies. The fact that they will split a shake into 2 is great. The quality is still good though not as good as years gone by.

Charlie’s has good ice cream. The low rating is for the manager, Kendra’s nasty attitude and mean muggin face. Go when She isn’t working or ask to be served by someone else. She was mean & impatient with us while we ordered. Then she gave us the wrong order and walked away ignoring us. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Paid for a shake only to have a girl without a mask deliver it to me. With no regard for public health and safety, I suggest you go somewhere that takes the pandemic seriously. No ice cream is worth your life.Also, obesity makes you FAR more likely to die from Covid-19, so maybe just skip the shakes for a couple years either way.

This is a great place to get ice cream!!! They have great flavors and a large variety to choose from. My personal favorites are the Apple Pie shake and the Rainbow sherbet with sprinkles

This is a staple of fantastic ice cream in cache valley!! Every time I come back I stop at least once if not more! Staff is friendly and the place is clean. The quarter juke box is awesome for some tunes while you eat. Outdoor seating is nice during the spring-fall period. Drive through works great too! If you have never ate here, you must!!

I stopped here April 14th around 8:40 for some ice cream. A young lady came out and took my order before I got to the window. When I got to the window a taller skinny girl with brown hair stuck her arm out to take my card. She did so without greeting me or telling me my price then she continued to hand me my ice cream letting go before I got a good grip she closed the window in the middle of me thanking her. I was completely shocked. It is not hard being kind to ALL people. Please remind workers how important good customer service is. It’s always an awful feeling experiencing people so shallow like this.

Good icecream and shakes! Lots of flavors to choose from and they give you a pretty good amount of ice cream/shake for your money in my opinion. Drive through was relatively quick and easy.

Logan wouldn't be the same without Charlie's! Their dining room area has such a great atmosphere! Use their drive thru for now but definitely eat in when it's an option.

Good quality ice cream, but portions are very small for the price. You get more for you money at Cold Stone, for example.

Try the hot fudge brownie shake! So delicious. I also love the hard ice cream in their waffle cones.

Interestingly I heard about this place back in 1998 at a relatives Funeral. Took me 22 years to try it and I'll probably not be back. My wife and I ordered a brownie Sunday which consisted of 2 very Small scoups of vanilla ice cream dried up day old "fudge" brownie and chocolate Syrup. Ice cream was good but the value wasn't there. I'm not seeing how this very small sunday is worth over 7 bucks. On a good note, the employees were friendly.

This place was packed! Clearly a favorite spot on a summer Saturday night. Despite being busy, we were served in a fair amount of time. We enjoyed sitting outside enjoying our treats as the weather was perfect. Why only 4 stars.... my son ordered the kiwi lemon/ lime fruit smoothie. This was more like a float than a smoothie. He said all he really could taste was the soda.

Fast service and some of the best Ice cream around! Unlike a lot of places, Charlie’s makes their own ice cream, allowing them to control the entire process for quality and freshness.They serve hard and soft ice cream here but I personally usually come for the milk shakes. They have dozens of varieties and flavors so you’re sure to find something that perfectly fits your mood. I personally like their strawberry shortcake and fudge brownie flavors.If you’re in town, be sure to stop by for a delicious and reasonably-priced treat!

Great service and so many flavor choices! We used a gift card that Secret Santa brought us but, we will definately be back. The jukebox was a cute touch. There is indoor and outdoor seating along with a drive-through window. Great ice cream shakes!!!!

Good ice cream! And they have Dole Pineapple Ice Cream! Those are not two mutually exclusive things.

Perfect local ice cream shop

I went through the drive through. The girls in the shop did not have masks or gloves. They were having a conversation basically into my ice cream cones. It really disgusted me that I threw my ice cream away. Hopefully they don't have covid and spit all over and touched my food.

We enjoyed our visit. It did have a very strong beach smell which I'm sure is not normal.

Always the best, I wish they had a better upgraded system for ordering though. You always have to repeat yourself to them.

Best shakes and ice cream I've ever had. And I've had a lot! I have traveled the United States searching for somewhere that has ice cream or shakes better than Charlie's. I found a place in Buffalo, NY that was close but still not as good. Charlie's is to ice cream what Zeus is to the gods. If Zeus is king of the gods then Charlie's truly does reign supreme in the ice cream world. The shakes have a creamy texture your taste buds have never experienced before. That however, goes perfectly with flavor that's bold, delicious and inviting but not too rich. Prepare to be dazzled by this incredible experience!

This is sthe best place in Logan to go for ice cream. They use real fruit and when you order a malt you get a malt, not a shake. The fruit they use is also fairly fresh. While some companies will have fruit that has been in the freezer for ever, I've never gotten that gross lived in the freezer for too long tast from Charlies. Prices are very competitie too. We need to support these local compnies more that we do the large franchises and this is one that definitely deserves our support!

The ice cream is great, but the service is sometimes awful. The workers are always quick, but not very friendly or professional. The service doesn't stop us from visiting frequently though.

We come here all the time! We love charlie's the most for a dessert place in Logan. We got a couple shakes one time, my husband ordered cookie dough and when we got the shakes we found that his did not have any cookie dough in it. We went back and said we just got the vanilla soft serve with no cookie dough and they immediately made another shake and put extra cookie dough in this one. Great customer service! The girls that work there are fast and very friendly.

I absolutely love this place. Charlie's is definitely a fun place to go. I went with some friends and we got some ice cream. Another cool feature this place has is the addition of an old jukebox. Multicolored with bubble effects and enough 70's - 90's music to make your day! The only sad part is it costs to play it, which is smart on their part. It just adds to the greatness of the place. There are bathrooms and there is indeed a drive through. If you are looking for a little higher end cost but delicious ice cream, come here!

Delicious ice cream. However, if you get one with wafers, ie the pie flavors, I usually ask them to go easy on the wafers. They get a little carried away sometimes.

This place is always wonderful to visit with friends or family. I've always come here with them after visiting the Logan Temple, to relax and enjoy some astoundingly good ice cream. This is another of my locations I will attend life-long.

I love Charlies! I come here all the time with my husband. It is a great date night location or bring the kids location. The shakes are awesome. My husband loves their soft serve. I usually get the strawberry brownie shake. Love love love this place!

I give my kids the choice for Charlie's or Coldstone and they always choose Charlie's. Bonus is it feels like you are supporting locals 😍

Charlie's is a part of Logan's identity. It's a part of the history here, and a loved local business. It's also got the best dang ice cream in the valley, so you really can't go wrong.

Best place in town for ice cream. Affordable and lots of options.

They provided great cost value, friendly service, and variety of options. I've tried the raspberry shake, Rocky road, bubble gum, and cookies and cream. The raspberry shake was great and I enjoyed the Rea raspberry mixed in instead of some artificial flavorings. The Rocky road didn't have marshmallows in it which I would have liked. The bubble gum had real chunks of bubblegum in it. I liked the big chunks in the cookies and cream. The cones were great quality and I liked the rounded bottoms.
